Chelsea Asia Tour 2013 | Meet and Greet Signing Session

Last Saturday will be remembered as one of the memorable events in my entire life. You guys might know that Chelsea FC (in case you don't know who they are, click HERE lol) was here in Malaysia over the weekend for their Chelsea Here to Play | Here to Stay Asia Tour 2013. Thanks to Samsung and Manoah for the money-can't-buy meet and greet passes, I had the opportunity to meet the players of Chelsea FC! Up close and personal okay (; Too bad Torres, Luiz and Mata didn't come along (T__T) for this tour yet I was still overwhelmed to be able to meet with the rest of the team.

I took a cab and made my way to Saujana Golf and Country Club and made sure I was on time since the meet and greet session was scheduled to start at 12.30pm. As usual, there was a slight delay (Malaysian timing tsk tsk) in the schedule but it didn't took very long so yeah.

It's an exclusive event so you'll have to have this pass in order to go for the meet and greet session.

They gave us a Chelsea lanyard too with the pass! :D
Of course what's a meet and greet without the fans right? All clad in Chelsea's home jersey, I was feeling out of place since I was just wearing a plain white tee HAHA and I actually didn't expect to see so many fans that day but oh well, a fan gotta do what a fan gotta do. I think they are a tad too quiet, they should make some noise :P

After some brief photo session, the fans then started to chant, cheer and sing while waiting for the event to start.

Then we were brought to the Topaz room where we were all being seated and waited for our turn. It's really cool that we sort of had the VIP privilege cause we were the first few ones to go for the meet and greet session.

Everyone feeling all eager and nervous! Lining up to FINALLY meet the players :DDDDDD

I wasn't really feeling the butterflies until I stepped into the room. I was like BAMMMM, they are just in front of me since I only get to see them running around on the TV screen before this!

I actually brought quite a few stuff for them to sign on but before we went in, the organizer suggested that we should just give them one item to sign on or else it would be quite messy since they wanted us to be fast and waste no time. I couldn't even have enough time to breathe duh I was obviously too busy swooning HAHA jkjk I didn't even have the chance to shake their hands ): At the mean time, I was super nervous for God knows why that even my hands are shaking so some of the photos I took are sadly blurred *smack head* I was of course too shy to ask every single one of them to pose for me so I took while they are signing their jersey. No eye candies for you guys :P

First on the line, John Terry!
P/S: This is the only clear photo I had of Ashley Cole and Mark Schwarzer.
Teeheeeeeee, I feel so close to you right now
Ashley Cole, signing the jersey.
Mark Schwarzer // The new goalkeeper, previously from Fulham, can't even believe that he's already 40!
Raaaaaamires!
Piazon, he's only 19 this year! (´∀`)♥
Another Chelsea's young player, McEachran.
Gary Cahill.

Essien.
A photo with Ivanovic! (*≧▽≦)

And and and of course, heart throb Hazard! ♥(ノ´∀`) This was actually unintentional, he caught me taking photo of him while he signed the jersey, so he posed for him, nawwwwww.
My new boiiiiipren HAHA I wish, he's married though
No one could help me to take a photo of us so I just swiftly flipped open the swivel screen and snapped. One for the album but it's blurred too HAIHHHHH but better than nothing *sheepish grin*

Me on cloud nine and the oversized jersey!
The session was really really brief, in less than 10 minutes I guess.

There were a few players that didn't make it for the meet and greet too cause they have a football clinic else where so I missed the chance to meet Cech, Ginkel (the Justin Bieber lookalike HAHA), Kalas, Schurrle and Lampard too, oh well. Still, I'm drowning in euphoria thinking back about the meet and greet, can't believe I've met them. Went to bed that night, smiling like Cheshire cat to myself :3

T'was a good day, in fact an awesome one indeed.

My very first part time job

Having a part time job is actually the last thing I'd do in my list during my sem break but here I am, having a job now, my first ever job. How random *smirks* I was sort of surprised when my parents are really supportive this time, Mum never approved me in getting any job. Mum actually asked me to get a job on the day I reached home. Not putting any high hopes, I called up my current boss on Monday to ask about the job and I got it right away, met my lady boss that night as well and I started working the very next day. Looking at the long hours that I am required to work, I was kinda reluctant at first but instead of lazing around at home doing nothing, I told myself there's no harm giving it a try. I'm a big girl now *pat self*

So you must be wondering what am I working as? I'd say nothing illegal HAHA

#1. The company I'm working for; their official website here, and FB page, here.
Their main HQ is in Wangsa Maju, Setapak and they have over 20 branches in West Msia but I've never encounter them before in KL! Opening soon in Miri and Kuching as well :O
#2. Any idea yet?

#3. The menu (:

#4. Self explanatory

#5. The fridge that keeps most of the fruit sherbets
#6. Flavours; Red plum, Honeydew, Apricot, Dragon Fruit, Lime (Clockwise)

#7. Durian, Strawberry, Yam, Passion Fruit, Soursop, Chocolate (Clockwise)

#8. Red bean (L), Watermelon (R), and Mango.

#9. Haaa yes, that's me! I looked even rounder with the cap on T___T

#10. This is what I'm up to when there's no customers, few more chapters to go.

#11. Wee just got myself a twin! Matching colour bottle =.=''

#12. My striking apple green uniform, thank goodness it's not a must to wear it everyday.

#13. Teehee shop assistant/retailer in action! (;
I seriously have no idea what kind of job is my job called as cause I pretty much do everything. I'm currently on fulltime basis, where I work everyday *cries* 9 hours during weekdays, 12 hours during weekends! By the time I'm home, I'll be like a dead pile of poop, exhausted and sleepy already. Besides that, everything is so far so good, no cranky customers too. All I need to do is to wait for customers to come, so readers you know what to do! Come over and buy fruit sherbets from me(!!), but sorry ah no discount :P

Pros: I get to earn my own bucks, INDEPENDENTLY! *will be looking forward to the last day of every month now* and the first thing I'll do with my salary is to treat my family a meal :DDD
Cons: No more quality time with the family, sucks big time. Withdrawal from the cyber world.

#14. And oh, this place is still hiring. So just ring up the number if you're interested :D
So bear with me cause I guess I'll be on a hiatus for a period of time, unless I have interesting stuff to blog about, which I think it would be unlikely to happen.

Goodnight, another 12 hours to go tomorrow! *crashes on bed*

Like a G(6X2)

So I guess you've heard that I got myself another baby :D My third baby to be exact, after the first and second babies I got last year (Y) Thanks to Mummykins, I'm now officially a proud owner of Canon G12!

It comes with a casing, 4gb memory card, and a mini tripod.

It's one of the latest product from Canon’s “G” series point-and-shoot cameras released last year, a successor to Canon G11 and the king among Canon compact cameras. It’s big, bulky and looks quite old fashioned but that's what I love about it, something different from the usual compact cameras. It is one of the top performance cameras and one of best point-and-shoot cameras for shooting video as well since it earned the highest scores in our video-quality testing over the past year and the list continues. From all the reviews that I've read so far, it's more to its awesomeness rather than its flaws. So, I guess it isn't a mistake buying it cause it is really worth the purchase (:

It's been a week since I started using it, all that I can say that it's kicking ass. Even my friends love it. There are still a lot more to explore about this little precious thing in order to take great pictures and it would be great if I could learn more from someone who can teach me to make full/good use of all the features available. Besides, the G12 offered oodles of really fun scene modes to play with such as colour accent, super vivid, posterize, HDR, and fish eye, miniature, and nostalgic modes. They even have image parameters to make your skin tone lighter or darker! & thanks to the swivel screen, now I tend to camwhore more than I used to cause it's just so convenient ~

Pros:
+ Easy to use
+ Autofocus works great and fast and with an excellent accuracy
+Superior image and video quality
+ Superb blend of automated and manual controls
+ Adjustable, swiveling LCD screen ♡♡♡
+ Fun-to-use creative scene modes ♡♡♡♡

Shots from different modes/scenes:

#1. Fisheye
#2. Foliage in vivid colours
#3. Poster effect
#4. Super vivid
#5. Nostalgic - you can actually the intensity of nostalgicness that you desire!
#6. Miniature
#7. Colour accent - where you keep only selected colour and the rest will be in B&W
All in all, Canon G12 would be good enough for someone like me; who wanted the manual features of a DSLR but couldn’t afford to commit to the larger and more expensive format. It is indeed an excellent camera to learn on and it's a great companion to a DSLR-wielding pro. From what I read, the closest rivals to the killer Canon G12 would be Nikon Coolpix P7000 and Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 but still Canon will be my choice cause it sure is delighting me always (;

P/S: Should I go post my photos extra large or large? Hmmm

Updated: Apparently, CleverMunkey claimed that the cons that I stated previously are not the cons so I guess this camera is really a good-ass? :DDD
