Haeun Khon Korean Restaurant (海雲軒) @ Amcorp Mall

So what's for lunch today? Korean food!! Sie Yii has been talking about this Restaurant since last year and FINALLY we managed to give it a try today :D The initial plan was a lunch with 4 other classmates but it ended up with 5 others joining so that made the 10 of us, the more the merrier of course. We took three taxis to fit all of us and headed to Amcorp Mall right after class.

The restaurant was not that spacious and somehow it was stuffed with deco everywhere. Since we were such a big group, they gave us a so called compartment with dividers from other customers in the corner where we can sit on the floor instead of chairs; if you get the picture of what I'm talking about here :P We were so excited that we started taking photos of everything in the restaurant, how jakun LOL Bits and pieces of the deco;

Be prepared to droooooooooooool, I'm warning you :P So, basically every meal comes with a set of soup, 3 side dishes and fruits.

Main course

I swear if I eat this amount of rice everyday, Imma lose 5 kgs a month wtf
#1. My beef Bulbogi (BBQ) set @ RM16.90
They sure are very generous in the amount of beefs! So tender and nicely cooked, I likeeeeee ♥
#2. Chicken Bulbogi (BBQ) set @ RM14.90
#3. Vegetarian Bimbimbap @ RM14.90
#4. Cuttlefish with BBQ sauce set @ RM15.90
#5. Kimchi Fried Rice @ RM12.90
#6. Double Kimchibap with Beef and Tofu set @ RM15.90

Side dishes
#1. Tofu and preserved vege which I can't have enough of themmm!
#2. Anchovies, it would be better with some peanuts :3
#3. Last but not least, Kimchi! It wouldnt be complete w/o it when it comes to korean food.

We actually waited for everyone's meal to be served before we started eating cause we want a group photo with our yummylicious food! You have no idea how hungry we were RAWR

This restaurant serves 3 different kind of cuisines, namely Korean, Japanese and Chinese but they are more well known for their Korean cuisine. Everyone was satisfied with their own meal and I think the portion is just nice if you're not a heavy eater. The price is reasonable and affordable as well for students like us. Plus, they only charged us 5% for service charge instead of another extra 10% of Gov tax. The only bad thing is they have quite limited variety of food. Fyi, KYspeaks did a review on this restaurant too which was.... 5 years ago O_O IKR tsk tsk We will absolutely pay this restaurant another visit or more soon!

It was indeed an awesome afternoon with good food that is worth every cents that we paid and loads of laughter, totally well spent with the classmates ☺ Looking forward for more awesome lunch/dinner with day.

One of the worst day ever

We fill these empty spaces with empty words just because we don't want to face all the emptiness inside of us. Currently listening to Wait It Out by Imogen Heap on replay cause I somehow find myself relating to this song. The lyrics say it all, each and every word.

Sidetracking, last week I...#1. had the most fatterning burger ever, mayo overload on my cheese banjo!

#2. tried Wendy's for the first time and it was surprisingly GOOD!

#3. shopped :D

#4. got this chio looking sunnies for only RM5(!) from Cotton On

#5. finally got this chili red Elianto nail polish (always my personal fave) cause they run out of stocks almost everywhere sheesh

#6. bought this for Megan to Harro Kitty-fied her YAY

#7. Rot in the hostel during the weekends and grew a mustache.. So go roll on the floor and laugh now.

Oh yes, have you heard that Bruno Mars is coming to Msia in April? Hell yeah, I wannnaaaaa go! & Happy 10th monthsary, baby boy ♥ Let's hope for the best for the two of us through thick and thin, in bad times and good times.

We are Sex Bob-Omb!

You'll only get why my title says it all if you've watched Scott Pilgrim vs. The World LOL I know I'm somehow late but better than never
First thing first, I'm not really good in writing a movie review cause but I just feel like sharing my twenty cent thought on this movie cause it's one of my favourite movies in 2010! The first time I saw this movie trailer in the cinema around August last year, I was determined to watch this movie but sadly this movie was not available in Msia (and I fully understand after watching the movie lol) So I downloaded the movie instead, mad happy ♥ I watched this movie with no high expectations but it turned out to be extremely entertaining :D
So this movie is all about Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) trying to defeat his new girlfriend's seven evil exes in order to win her heart. The adventures of Scott Pilgrim come at you at a million miles a minute but you won't mind because it's so damn entertaining. I like the small details in the movie like the drawings, pee bar, the level up & extra life features! I wished I could actually watch it in the cinema so that I can experience my jaw literally drop at those awesome colourful animations. It's so perfectly jam-packed with action, adventure, comedy, fantasy, musical and romance. Like the tagline said, an epic of epic epicness (Y) And as we know it, the ending was like any other endings where the hero got his victory and his dream girl, Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead)

Every nerd, geek, freak, otaku and anyone who simply enjoys a good time at the movies should watch this cause I'm rating it 9 out of 10. I'm officially in lesbian with this movie ♥♥ and I absolutely don't mind watching it over and over again just to have a good laugh. I wish I could use every lines in the movie to write a blog post cause it's just toooooooooooooo awesome!

I hate it when I have

Well, who doesn't? I mean it's girls' nature to have the urge to shop till they drop even though they alrdy have a closet full of clothes yet they still think that they have nothing to wear HAHA Fret not, CNY is around the corner! Time to fill up those empty spaces in your closet with new clothesssssss YAY I love the smell of new clothes (you know, they have this particular smell?) and yeah they are so addictive. Idk if it's me or everyone thinks so too LOL I shall force myself to get them out of my sight or else I'll wear they before CNY heh On the bright side, I'm going CNY shopping with the lovelies tomorrow :D

Obviously, I have nothing better to blog about plus my internet connection keeps failing on me ugh I have no life except waking up in the morning doesn't feeling like P.Diddy, going to classes, eat, sleep, online and it's the same old routine over and over again. Busy days ahead

So I guess you've heard that I'm back in town? Yes, indeed! RAWR & oh I attended the first class of the first month of the New Year today, which is only an hour of lecture! Life's so far so awesome :D Yet my timetable is gonna be packed starting tomorrow till Thurs, looking forward for the weekend though! The room is now quiet without Elin around and yes, it's left with me and Joeann. The two of us are conquering this triple sharing room & I can haz extra table to put my stuffs *evil laugh* I was so happy to see no sign of new roomate when I'm back yesterday HAHA I'm mean like that :P

Anyways, Sie Yii got me Harro Kitty blackcurrant flavoured gummy all the way from HK. How cute! It's so chewy, I can DIE :P She got us pretty headbands too, thanks a bunch!

& Joeann got me this cute comfy sweatshirt from Taiwan which I've figured out how to wear it YAY so I'm gonna match it with my denim shorts and sheer leggings :D Too much happy stuffs to be listed but I'm too lazy to blog at the moment cause my tea has no sugar! HAHA What a lame excuse wtf and it's almost bedtime soon.

Btw, I just feel like telling you that I have this thing with .. .. .. MUSTACHE! They are like one of the most adorable thing alive besides Harro Kitty ♥I must get myself at least one of these, especially the bandages and the ring too! Okay, fine! I want all of them. Pretty please? (;

The start of something new

Happy New Year everyone; definitely a new beginning.

NYE dinner was fattening as usual, with good food and great company at Marco Polo Restaurant that serves one of the best western cuisine in Bintulu. I enjoyed it cause I had a great time with the family ♡

Went off to meet my high school buddies @Riverfront Cafe after dinner for a birthday celebration and our so called last gathering together. Left around 10pm and continued our yumcha session at a random coffee shop to kill time LOL Headed to waterfront at 11.30pm and waited for the fireworks. Too bad we're quite far from actual scene and my view is blocked by some shoplots and a freaking lamp post by the road FML Shots that I managed to take;

Reached home before 1am. Nothing beats coming home to my comfy bed. NYE well spent with family and friends, indeed.
