Hot and spicy

Harro earthlings, I'm back with another simple foodie post to salivate you RAWR and yes this time is about Curry Mee; one of Malaysia's specialties. It's absolutely in my favourite om noms to eat for breakfast! So as we all know, it's usually served with thin yellow egg noodles or mee-hoon (rice vermicelli) with spicy curry soup, sambal, lime, coconut milk, and a choice of dried tofu, prawns, chicken, and egg.

I came across this shop during Nov last year when the boyf's mom brought us to have breakfast there. It's well know for it curry mee, either soup or dry. They serve hot wok mee too (; All of us tried their curry mee for the first time and it was incredibly superb! Definitely one of the best I've ever taste. Even the boyf who doesn't really take spicy food was willing to give a try and guess what, he loved it too :D
Photos took during Nov last year (;

Never underestimate that orange looking soup, it is flavoursome and yet make you sweat while you eat. I prefer to eat it with the yellow egg noodles, more slurpy-liciouss AHHHHH The curry mee is served with generous amounts of chicken, long beans, cockles and taufu pok.

This morning, I ordered a big one instead and ended up using loads of tissue to wipe you-know-what HAHA Look at that bowl, it kid you not LOL but I still manage to finish it myself *pat-self*
Taufu pok is a musssssst! I love chewing it with the curry soup oozing out at the same time. The way I'm describing may sounds gross but you have to try it to believe it. It will never fail you!
Why is it Mc Curry Noodles, you may ask? Apparently it has nothing to do with McDonalds HAHA It's originates from the shop owner's name, Mcculloch cause he has Scottish blood in him (His grandpa was a Scottish lah!) and just so you know he looks like a Caucasian too.

Oh btw, it's usually crowded during lunch hour, so you know what to do :P

I don't really good in taking spicy foods but oh well, I was forced to take it during my stays in Indonesia. My relatives are crazy for spicy food :D Curry mee is love! Especially laksa, nom-nom! Haha I don't get to travel that often actually, I meant I just tag along, haha.
