Yeng Keng Cafe & Bar @ Chulia Street

Been to quite a number of places and eating non stop for the past few weeks. I can't wait to share them with you all!

It's quite hard to find a place to eat in Penang (excluding those restaurants or cafes in the mall) after noon cause most of the hawker stalls will be closed by then. So we have to wander around finding cafes that still serve late lunch, and we ended up in Yeng Keng Cafe & Bar this time round. If you guys are wondering how on earth do we find all these cafes, all thanks to Uncle Google (:
Yeng Keng Cafe and Bar is located at Yeng Keng Hotel which serves a selection of classic Hainanese dishes as well as Western cuisine.

Loving the classy interior with simple decorations!

English Breakfast Tea @ RM3.50
Keep calm and drink tea (;

Cappucino @ RM7
Don't you just love the coffee art?

Spaghetti Bolognese @ RM16

Spaghetti Aglio-Olio @ RM15
According to my friend, their aglio-olio was not bad, not that oily.

Yeng Keng's Hainanese Chicken Chop @ RM16
One of the must-try in Yeng Keng! The price is reasonable for its portion too (:

Chicken Maryland @ RM18
Served with banana fritter and sausage.

Group photo without Joeann causing she's taking this photo :P:P

Business Hour : 8:30am – 10:30am (Breakfast) & 12pm – 10pm (Lunch & Dinner)

P/S: I wasn't eating cause I had my lunch earlier, thus explain the brief food review, or should it be even considered as a food review HEH anyways, it's definitely a nice place to dine in. Their waiters are pretty attentive too. After our lunch, we took a stroll around Chulia Street.

Alrighty, gtg! Rushing this post like mad and sorry for the abrupt ending. Losing my mojo again, but I promise I'll be back soon. Gonna prepare slides for my presentation on Thursday! Wish me luck :D
