Four more days

....till I'm done with my 7th clinical posting which is this Friday, to be exact. Can't wait! Life has been pretty mundane ever since my clinical posting started which explains the lack of updates in my blog. Cause it's just the same routine everyday, from Monday to Friday. Waking up as early as 6am and spending an average of 11 hours in the hospital is really tiring and by the time I'm back in my hostel in the evening, I still have reports to finish. So, it's really hard to juggle in between active social life, work and having enough sleep. Obviously I chose the latter one.
#truestory and in my case, it's impossible to get even 8 hours of sleep a day.
Every time a new week starts, I'll be looking forward for the weekend cause then I'll get to go out and sleep in. Yet the truth it, when the weekend arrives, all I wanna do is to curl up into a ball and stay in bed the whole weekend. I'm that tired T__T But it doesn't mean that I hate clinical posting, it's definitely more interesting compared to having class. Cause I'll get to see patients from different walks of life and getting exposure of how work life is going to be like in the future. It's definitely something that I look forward every semester. And as for this clinical posting, I'm grateful that I've gained much more than just knowledge and experiences, it changed me in a way. Seeing life in a different perspective. I'll probably write it in another different blogpost some other time, when I'm feeling it.

I've no idea why am I writing this post, but I just realized how much I miss blogging. Alright, I shall post some photos before you feel bored about this wordy blogpost already.


HKL Paediatrics' Institute is where I'm posted for the entire 6 weeks.
I had to walk 8km everyday but good thing is that I feel less guilty for not being able to workout this one whole month. So this will compensate :P 

Hydrotherapy with the kids last last Friday, looks fun but it is not as relaxing as you thought. 
So besides sleeping, food is definitely what I'll go for to de-stress myself too. Bad idea I know, but I can't help it. What is eating clean again? HAHAHA Sorry self, not this month. Tried packing food for lunch as well but it didn't last till a week. And I find myself craving for all kind of food whenever I'm stress.
Breakfast and dinner that I had over the past few weeks but surprisingly I didn't gain any weight :P 
Pampered myself with green tea ice-cream last night (: 
Excuse me for this abrupt ending but I'm so happy that it's a public holiday tomorrow so we get a day off from clinical too! No Monday bluesssss 8) Counting down to Friday! Last but not least,
 ...guess who's turning 22 next week? HEHHHH
