Vivo American Pizza & Panini

Vivo (latin): To live; be alive

Well, It all started with the secret recipe of the Horrigan family, who served the best American style pizza in town using the traditional method of baking. Today, they are bringing you pizzas using the latest baking techonology that ensures perfection at all times. At Vivo, they combine the 30 years of pizza making experience with the new generation pizza-making concept to achieve the exceptional Vivo experience! — Their story

***

Another girls day out with Joeann and Elin with the boyf tagging along for lunch and movie at Jusco Bukit Tinggi ;D So Joeann and I have been figuring out what to eat for lunch the night before since we were both craving for pasta at that moment HAHAHA so it's either Vivo or Pasta Mania but still we came up with the decision of having lunch @ Vivo in the end.

The Menu; first thing to grab in a restaurant
(
not yr phone/ipod to check if there's wifi lol)

Elin and her boyfriend (:

Vivo is just opposite of Windmill Restaurant in Jusco Bukit Tinggi

Joeann and the comfy leather seat

Garlic bread @ 4 pieces for Rm3.50
Sadly there was neither a taste nor scent of garlic. The only thing that was good, it was crunchy.

My Beef Bolognaise spaghetti @ RM10.90
The gravy taste a bit different but I think the portion is rather small.

Joeann's meatball spaghetti @ RM12.90

Elin's Lemon Herb Salmon Steak - RM18.00

I look hideous, I know tsk tsk

Joeann is happily nomming her meatballz

Jason's Carbonara Linguine @ RM16.90
It looks creamy and cheesy enough to me!

4 pieces of 7' thin crust Oriental Chicken pizza @ RM11.90
I must admit that this one is superb. The thin crust made it so crispy yet the toppings are juicy at the same time -- MUST TRY!

Close up of how thin the crust is!

Not cheesy enough though ;/

Elin ;)

& Jason adding more chili powder to add the umph!

Total damaged of the day; RM93 for four person. Reasonable, no? I'll let you do the math. I must say probably not worth a second visit but different people might have different taste so no harm of giving it a try for those who have never been to Vivo. FYI, there's only 2 branches in KL and one in Klang while the rest are all in JB.
