Chinese New Year Eve's Eve

Gong Xi Gong Xi, I'm finally back! :D I srsly can't be bothered to update my blog so often cause I feel so lazy these few days, it must be the fats that I've been gaining lately :P

So back to the 1st of Feb (which explains the title of my post), my elder sister and I flew back to exactly where we want to be, HOME. The feeling of going home is just so overwhelming! It was a long journey to the airport and we were early by a few hours by the time we reached the airport. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed due to a lady who boarded the wrong plane. Something just have to go wrong when everything seem to be so fine ugh Gladly, we still manage to arrive safely at 4.30pm with the family welcoming us at the airport :D
#1. Waiting to board the plane @ the departure hall

As we had planned earlier, we had steamboat for our pre-reunion dinner as requested by the elder sister one month ago LOL Yummy food with yummy people! So let the photos do the talking then! Be sure to have your tummy filled beforehand :P

#2. Introducing Ngoh Hiang (五香) on the left; a unique Hokkien/Teochew Dish
#3. My aunt's homemade chili sauce with belacan
#4. Fishballs and seafood balls
#5. Crabsticks
#6. A type of vermicelli, I guess
#7. More ngoh hiang *yums*
#8. Prawns and squids
#9. Quail eggs and meatballs
#10. Mushrooms
#11. It's fire burningboiling on the dance floordinner table ROFL
#12. Not to forget beef strips, these is a mussssssssssst! :D
#13. AND MORE BEEF STRIPS YAY
#14. Let the dinner begins *open mouth big big*
#15. Hello Megan! :P
#16. It's advisable to not eat too much of this, it's very high in cholesterol.
#17. Peace peace ^^V
#18. Kthanksbai I want to go om nom nom now

I got so stuffed after the steamboat that I can't even move after that LOL It's been a while since the five of us have dinner together. Real good time, I must say (:

Great, I'm currently suffering from writer's block. Damn it. Just stay tuned for my next update on my CNY's eve then :D

xx

Not a big fan of steamboat, haha.. But I definitely miss the times when my family and relatives sit around a table and have dinners like this.
