Red wine chicken Mee Sua

Hello earthlings, TGIF!

My Friday was fine, I spent whole day rolling on the bed and watched a couple of movies and a few episodes of How I met your Mother. Brilliant isn't it? :D

As stated in my title, I had mee sua for dinner (obviously, DUH) and I tweeted the elder sister (cause it's her fave) just to rub it in her face MUAHAHA I'm evil like that.

Below are the ingredients needed for a yummylicious mee sua;

shiitake Mushrooms, mee sua, fried shallots, ginger, red wine and of course chicken meat!

Mee sua (also spelled mi sua or miswa) is a very thin variety of salted Chinese noodles made from wheat flour. Mee sua are cooked during important festivities like Chinese New Year, birthdays and baby's full moon celebration because Mee Sua signifies long life in Chinese culture. Mee Sua can be considered as a delicacy from the Foochow community - usually from Sibu and Setiawan. But I think most Sarawakians regardless of what dialects do enjoy Mee Sua too, cause I can hardly find Mee Sua in KL (I heard there's one in LOT 10). I'm not a Foochow btw, I'm a Teochew :D

So there you go;

Red wine chicken Mee Sua with an egg *SLURRRRRRPS*

Oh god, looking at this picture at 11.17pm makes my tummy grumbles again!

Anyways, have a nice weekend everyone. I'll be away with the family till Monday ♥ Stay tuned for more updates!

P/S: If you realise, I got bloggie a new header. Well, it's a long and sad story. Initially, I got bloggie a new template but after that I don't think it suits me so I change back to the original template yet everything was messed up! Including all the blog links and my header! I lost all of them :O I couldn't find the photo anymore (FML!) so I made up a simple header instead one sighhhhh I srsly need help, pronto!

I want all of those on the shirt except for a cute puppy (I have fear for dogs LOL) and a nice car since I don't even have a driving license pfft and I shall replace those two things with a polaroid camera and a digital camera (or a DSLR, even better!) teehee

So Santa, grant me all these and I'll be a super good girl in 2011 *pinky promise*

I'm in Miami beach!

Errr, wait. I mean Tanjung Batu beach LOL

So I spent the whole day yesterday with two of my BFFs and my sister. I had no choice but to bring her along, I know it's uncool but yeah. Since there's no where interesting to go, we went to the mall AGAIN and grabbed bubble tea AGAIN before heading back to Cathy's place after lunch. We took a nap for an hour before going to the beach YAY I've been dreading to go to the beach since the day I arrived. The good thing about my hometown is that the beach is just 10 mins drive from my house, like srsly!

Tanjung batu beach is one of the so-called tourist attractions in Bintulu for tourists and anyone who fancies a rocky and sandy beach side by side. It is a place where the locals would jog and stroll their way along the beach, or by the road with their families. There are also facilities such as public toilets, food stalls, playgrounds, football field, and BBQ pits. I don't think people actually go there for a swim nowadays since the water is not that clean :s even I don't, never in fact.

Done with all the words, well feast your eyes on my not so awesome photos!

Cathy and Yao, with Megan as the background (:

Taken by Megan, not bad ah? :P

Ignore my front hair in the second pic T___T

We're both so roundddddd heh

Now you get me by the water is not so clean HAHA

Somehow I like my hair here teehee

Mischievous Megan in act!

Blue sky blue sky. what's the matter matter ♫♪

Cotton candies in the skyyy!

She sell seashells on the seashore LOL

Something you couldn't miss if you happen to go to the beach; Satay!
Of course they are not as good as Sate Kajang pfft

& Air Longan!

See how big and juicy it is *slurps*

Managed to catch a glimpse of sunset before we left ☼

Photo of the day ♥ (Obviously it's edited :P)

So, that's pretty much it about Tanjung Batu beach. Come again and see you soon :D

P/S: Sorry to say but most of the photo are actually editted sigh I'm in dire need of a new camera to take awesome photos *hint hint*

Life would be nice,

if I have 25 hours a day! ☺

Now that I'm done with my assignments, I shall start watching How I met your mother starting from Season 1! I have all six seasons in my laptop now (thanks to the BFF) so I'm gonna finish it all before my holidays end, mark my word. Oh, and movie marathon too. Not to forget, my blog layout too. It's time for some glitters and magic ☆★ && road trip to Miri with the family this coming Sunday. All I can think of is food FML I feel like doing my nails too (pink base with green polka dotties, what do you think?) but I'm lazy HAHA

It's been a week since I'm home and there's so much too update. Just that I'm too lazy to blog about them cause I was thrown back into my old pattern again; sleeping til noon, Mum's cooking, growing wider, arguing with Megan, and feeling…. restless.

My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best as I can. —Cary Grant

That's what we call life. Well, Home is still and always will be the best place to spend my holidays ♡

Stay tuned for the next update; Tanjung Batu beach!

Ellips Hair Vitamin

Well, my title says it all (:

Having dry brittle hair yet you're tired of waiting for the time-consuming treatment session at the saloon or you can't afford going for treatment all the time?

No worries, cause I got a solution for y'all! Introducing..... Ellips Hair Vitamin!

Thanks to the awesomely straight hair girl, Fynna for introducing this awesome stuffs in her blog. Since I dyed my hair twice last year, my hair is no longer healthy and soft ): I've tried various shampoo/conditioner and other hair products but they never really helped. I even experienced massive hair fall especially when I wash or brush my hair T___T No harm trying right, so I decided to get myself these cute looking pink hair vitamin for my hair to noms!

It is made from a combination of Jojoba Oil, UV Protection, Pro Vitamin B5 and Vitamin A,C,E that helps heal damaged hair structure & reduce split end caused by excessive hair blow-drying (charged guilty for this), curling, coloring (charged guilty for this as well FML), rebonding. Hair will look healthier, manageable and shiny.

The last sentence better be true! :O

You can get it at either Watsons @ only RM4.50 for a pack of 6 or RM7.80 (if I was not mistaken, couldn't remember) for a twin pack. But it's cheaper in Guardian!! :O Since this is my first time trying, I think it would be better to get the smaller pack in case it doesn't work LOL

TADAAAA!

Ignore my fat palm and fugly nails, so this is the capsule. You just have to peel it off at the side and the vitamin oil will flow out :s It's not sticky or thick, just a bit watery wtf and it's super easy to apply! For my hair length that is slightly longer than shoulder length, one Ellips capsule per usage is sufficient. You don't want your hair to get too oily and I must tell you that it smells really nice, as in REALLY REALLY NICE. It makes you wanna sniff your hair all day long LOL But I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use it weekly or once in a fortnight, it's not stated at all wtf

Anyways, the instructions are at the back of the pack but still I'm telling you heh~

How to use:
1. Clean your hair and let it half dry.
2. Open 1 or 2 Ellips capsules (or as much as you needed) and squeeze the vitamin oil onto your palm.
3. Spread it evenly throughout hair but do not apply on the scalp.
4. Leave it to dry.

It's just that simple with 4 easy breezy steps!

Since I've only used it once, I can't really tell the difference but I've reading tons of good reviews about this product online, thanks to Uncle Google of course.

Besides pink, they also come in yellow, purple and black! All with different functions respectively :D

  • Yellow Smooth and shiny; with the blend of Aloe Vera Oil, UV Protection, Pro Vitamin B5 and Vitamins A&E, moisturizes and provides nutrition to hair. Aloe Vera extract to make the hair smooth, shiny and manageable.
  • Shiny Black; with the combination of Kemiri/Candle Nut Extract, Aloe Vera, UV Protectant and Vit A, E & Pro Vit –B5 to keep the hair healthier and fabulously shiny black.
  • Purple Nutri Colour; with triple care formulation helps to nourish your colored hair, treat dull hair caused by sunray, and preserve healthy shine of colored hair.

So what are you waiting for girls? Go to the nearest Watsons or Guardian and get yourself Ellips Hair Vitamin to pamper you hair today! And if anyone of you have tried this, do let me know too. Comments are most welcomed!
