Jie Yi's 21st Birthday

Another round of korean food again to celebrate Jie Yii's birthday who is a dear friend and also a classmate of mine! Korean food for the third time since year 2011, at least once a month. That's what you get when you have a bunch of friend who enjoy korean food so much and I guess this would be the last cause most of us are starting to get sick of korean food. Too much of something isn't good sometimes, no? :P

We celebrated a day earlier (last Monday) than her actual birthday and it was a last minute plan since our classes were canceled for the whole day. So instead of going to Amcorp Mall again, we opt to try Restaurant Korea House located at SS2 (near the Sea Park Police Station & durian buffet stalls) this time since they offer lunch set for RM9.90 only.

#1. Clockwise: Jie Yii, Amy, Wee Nie, Jih Yen and Wong with his sexyback :P
#2. Joeann, the other photographer of the day (:
#3. Random flower decorations
#4. Another random decorations
#5. Tea; free and refillable. Not sure what tea it is and it doesn't taste like green tea LOL
#6. 10 side dishes; refillable as well.
#7. Spicy Chicken Set - RM9.90
#8. Sweet Marinated Pork - RM9.90
#9. Hot Ra Myun - RM9.90
#10. Non spicy beef set - RM9.90
#11: Kimchi fried rice set - RM9.90
#12. Kimchi soup that is included in one of the set (:
#13. Spicy tofu soup - RM15 (Y)
#14. Filled with tofu, enokitate and beef floss. It tastes real good, officially my fave one!
#15. A birthday celebration wouldn't be perfect w/o a cake, a choc cheese cake! :D
#16. Make a wish!
#17. Our one big happy family (:

18. Now who wants cake?

To be frank, I still prefer the korean restaurant in Amcorp Mall although the price is slightly higher (: But the Korean owners are really friendly and the service here would be better (probably because of less customers) and the spicy tofu soup is really worth a try! Besides lunch sets, they provide dinner sets for the same price as well.
